Manny’s Mile Comes to Goldthorn Park!
We were delighted to welcome Manny to Goldthorn Park as part of Manny’s Mile, a fantastic fundraising event raising money for Dementia UK.
Over two days, Thursday 17th and Friday 18th September, Manny is running one mile at 50 primary schools to raise awareness and support this important charity.
Our children gave Manny a wonderful welcome, holding up posters they had made and waving flags as he arrived. Two of our children also played the dhol drums, creating a fantastic atmosphere and helping to cheer Manny on!
