We had a wonderful workshop in Reception learning all about gross motor and fine motor skills. The children enjoyed sharing their pencil grip song with their parents whilst showing them how to hold a pencil. We also did lots of activities together to strengthen our fingers and core body to promote super writing skills!  100% of parents attended in Class 1- together we give our children the best learning experiences and success!  Click on the link below to see the information

Year 5 choir members took part in our annual singing event at St Barts Church. They sung a variety of songs - some tricky, but certainly rose to the challenge! The song by ABBA - 'Thank you for the music' really showcased their voices!  They took part in a concert for the parents in the evening too, and thoroughly enjoyed performing in a church! Well done to all children involved today.

Our Year 6 pupils led a moving Remembrance Day assembly to honour the courage and sacrifice of those who have served in conflicts past and present. Through readings and reflective performances, the children shared messages of peace, gratitude, and remembrance. They demonstrated great maturity and respect as they helped the whole school understand why it is so important to remember. We were very lucky to welcome The Stringcredibles  — a quartet of world-class orchestral musicians — and Nate Holder, a professional saxophonist and award-winning author! Their incredible show, The Butterfly Lands , took us on a magical journey of migration, told through the metaphor of a butterfly. The story followed the butterfly’s travels across different islands, exploring music, language, faith, clothing, and food — and celebrating how diversity brings richness and beaut
