Refugee Week

Two children attended the Refugee Week celebration at the Civic Centre, where they proudly showcased a selection of children’s work based on the theme of courage. The display included a range of thoughtful poems and creative artwork that reflected the children's understanding of courage.

The children also demonstrated courage themselves by standing in front of an audience and confidently sharing their work.

By taking part in the celebration, both children embodied the Goldthorn values of being Ready and Respectful. They were excellent ambassadors for the school, and we are very proud of the way they contributed to this important community event.
