PCSO Visits Year 3

Year 3 had a very informative visit from our local Police Community Support Officer (PCSO), who came to talk to the children about bullying and cyberbullying.

During the session, the children learned about the different forms bullying can take, including physical, verbal and online bullying. The PCSO explained the importance of being kind and respectful to others and discussed how bullying can affect people's feelings and wellbeing.

The children also explored the topic of cyberbullying and learned how to stay safe online. They discussed what to do if they see or experience unkind behaviour on the internet, including telling a trusted adult and reporting concerns.

The session encouraged lots of thoughtful questions, and the children were keen to share their ideas about how they can help create a safe and supportive environment both in school and online.
