Year 6 Visitor – PCSO Shinton

Year 6 pupils recently took part in an informative talk led by PCSO Shinton, focusing on antisocial behaviour and knife crime. The session was delivered in an age-appropriate way and helped pupils understand how their choices and actions can affect themselves and others.

PCSO Shinton talked to the children about:

  • What antisocial behaviour is and why it is harmful to the community

  • The dangers and serious consequences of carrying knives

  • How to stay safe and make positive choices

  • Where and how to get help if they are worried about themselves or others

The pupils were engaged throughout the session and asked thoughtful questions. This visit supported our PSHE learning and helped reinforce the importance of respect, responsibility and keeping ourselves and others safe.
