Wolverhampton Children’s Book Awards Ceremony

Our Year 6 children were delighted to attend the Wolverhampton Children’s Book Awards Ceremony at Wolverhampton Grammar School. The event was filled with inspiration and creativity as the children listened to engaging talks from authors Jennifer Bell, writer of the Magicalia series, and Farhana Islam, author of The Misadventures of Mina Mahmood. The children also took part in a range of creative activities linked to the themes of the books and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating their love of reading alongside other young book enthusiasts across the city.
