Year 3 Stone Age Adventures!

What an amazing adventure! Today, our children were transported back in time to the fascinating world of the Stone Age. We built roaring fires and baked our own bread (which was absolutely delicious!). The children practised hunting skills with bows, arrows, and spears, and worked together to create shelters using only natural resources—just like real Stone Age people. For the ultimate challenge, we teamed up to move heavy stones using logs and rope, just as they did to build the mighty Stonehenge!

The day was packed with laughter, determination, and unforgettable moments. We can’t wait to continue exploring this incredible period of history in class.
