National Storytelling Week

For National Storytelling Week, Year 2 children have been exploring a wonderful variety of stories, including Non-fiction books, modern favourites and imaginative stories they created themselves. In their assembly to parents they shared some of their own storytelling work and celebrated how stories can inspire, entertain and bring people together. To finish, the children performed their lively retelling of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, using actions, expression and teamwork to bring the adventure to life for everyone watching.
